Every year
brings something new... Every season new cool stuff, new
rides, more fun, new buddies to ride with, new adventures,
whether it be the next trip, the next ride, the next day...
That's what's cool about our business. Evolution, growth,
new challenges. Like this little website of ours. Lots of
work has gone into our little project over the past month
or so. Catherine and her special friend JF have put many
many hours in this endeavor.
We hope you like what you see and we'd love it if you could
take the time to let us know how we could be doing better
by Emailing us at website@Gords.com.
Check back, check back often and make sure to 'refresh'
your screen as fresh new content is incoming daily. Some
sections will be barren for a while until we can get to
them but we made sure the bike pages were up tout-de-suite
for your reading and research enjoyment. (this being bike
buying season and all). Remember, we're not about prices
and internet shopping, we're about telling you about who
we are, about why you should trust us with this very important
purchase that you're contemplating. Whether it be a bike,
a snowboard, hiking shoes or a toque, we want you to love
it.
We're currently revamping our Clothing section. Click

LADIES & GENTLEMEN, FIT IS KEY
Leanne,
[one of our clothing gurus] wrote this little blurb:
From goggles, helmets, jackets or gloves. It's always
about the fit. Half of being comfy is having a well
fitting garment. Ski/board clothing is no exception.
One of my pet peeves is trying to sell a piece of
clothing to someone and them not try it on. Never
assume that a medium will fit you because you always
wear a medium. All companies sizing charts are slightly
different. Example: Descente makes some great Snowboarding
pants, yet for the life of me I can't seem to get
one leg into a large, but an Orage pant in large:
I swim in. The key is trying on and seeing what feels
great. There's nothing worse than feeling stuffed
into your jacket or you have to ski with the top button
of your pants undone. See sometimes Bigger IS better... |

THE RIDE
We've said it before: It's all about the ride. The ride to Seven Eleven, the ride to your buddies house, the ride we call Ingolf, the ride at Panorama, Fernie, The Seine River, the ride through the monkey trails at Assiniboine Park, the ride with your 30 favorite buddies or the ride with your daughter.
Yes the bike is important. But more important than the bike is the smile on your face. So get off your butt, dust off your bike, throw on your helmet and come riding with us next season! For more information on how we can help ge
